I’m a software engineer with a specialization in frontend development. Over the last six years, I’ve built and maintained web applications used worldwide, and led agile teams to deliver high-quality results at speed.

Before going freelance, I was a senior engineer at Samsung R&D Institute Philippines, working on projects ranging from internal tools to global consumer web apps. I was one of the pioneer developers for a major internal platform in 2022, and its Digital Legacy project, which launched for the South Korean market in 2024. I was later promoted to Lead Frontend Engineer for both of these projects.

In 2019, I also worked for Union Bank of the Philippines (via Level 11 Tech), where I started my tech career as a web developer of their corporate website, while also working independently on full-stack web app projects outside of my main work.

Beyond engineering, I’m also a musician, photographer, and traveler. On my off days, you’ll likely find me producing music or out capturing landscape and street photography.

The official website for Samsung Open Source Conference Philippines (SOSCONPH) for 2025. Served as one of the volunteer frontend developers, and an Agile Facilitator. I co-configured the initial project setup, established common layouts, built reusable components and the landing page hero banner.

Union Bank of The Philippines : Redesigned Landing Page

Independently engineered the redesign of the corporate landing page using React based on UI/UX specifications. Additionally, I architected custom templates for their CMS in a headless manner, mapping content fields directly to specific page elements to allow content updates by admins without requiring developer intervention.

A directory page enabling bank customers to search and filter available branches and ATMs. Serving as the sole frontend developer for this feature, I utilized Google Maps API to visually plot and display coordinates for each branch. I also worked closely with the backend engineering team to seamlessly integrate their search and filter API.

Using Shopify and Liquid, I developed a customized storefront with custom layout blocks tailored to the client's business logic. This custom-coded approach launched their digital shop while minimizing operational expenses and reducing reliance on third-party plugins.
